  ADDRESS VALIDATION REQUIREMENT
  NOTE: ONCE AN ADDRESS HAS BEEN VALIDATED, YOU DO NOT NEED TO REVALIDATE EVERY QUARTER UNLESS CHANGES ARE MADE TO IT.
  Enter address information in the designated fields, then click on the  Validate button.
  For ALL Projects
  If the system finds one valid match for the address you entered, it will update the address fields as necessary.
 
  Double check to make sure that the system defaulted to the correct address.
  If the system finds multiple valid matches, it will prompt you to select a best match. It will update the address fields based on your selection.
 


  In case of Range Addresses, usually applicable to condominiums and Multi-Family homes, check the 'Address is a range' box. Enter the lower Street Number, upper Street Number, and Street Name, Suffix and Additional Address (if applicable) on the first, second, and third input boxes respectively. Street Numbers should be numeric, and should both be even or both odd numbers.
 
  For New Construction Projects (ONLY) Where an Address is Not Found:
  In the case of a Quarter Unit Status Report, if the system does not find a valid match for the address you entered, it will prompt you to certify that the address you entered is correct.
You will be allowed to save and submit your report after doing so.
 



  A valid address will be required during submission of the project’s Final Unit Status Report.
